Peanut Butter Day

Peanut Butter Day
The hardest thing about sticking to a disciplined diet is not being able to just open the refrigerator and help yourself to whatever takes your fancy.

We have all heard about cheat days and how they can help to keep you sane but I have had some success with a peanut butter day yes that is correct I eat nothing but peanut butter well that is not strictly true there are other ingredients of course but peanut butter is the main ingredient nevertheless.

Breakfast - Peanut butter and banana protein shake.
Morning snack - Peanut butter on wholemeal toast.
Lunch - Peanut butter and salad sandwich.
Afternoon snack - Peanut butter on ryvita.
Dinner - Ham and peanut butter sandwich.
Evening snack - Peanut butter and banana protein shake.
Supper - Peanut butter on ryvita.

It is surprisingly enjoyable but I am not sure if I could keep this up for a full week but for anyone that likes peanut butter I would urge you to give it a try.
